These terms are an agreement between you and Clarity Technologies, India ("we", "us"), for the use of InvoiceInk. By creating an account or using InvoiceInk you agree to them. If you use InvoiceInk for a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf, and "you" includes that business.
InvoiceInk lets you create, send and track invoices, estimates and payments, and manage the customers and organizations behind them. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
You own the data you put into InvoiceInk, including your organization's details, your customers, documents and files. You give us permission to store, process, display and transmit it only as needed to provide and secure the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm you have the right to use that data, including any personal data about your customers, and that collecting and using it complies with the law.
InvoiceInk is a tool; it is not tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of every document you issue, including amounts, tax rates, tax and registration numbers, place of supply and numbering, and for meeting your obligations under GST and any other law that applies to you. Check documents before you send them, and keep the records the law requires.
When you send an invoice, estimate or reminder, InvoiceInk emails it on your behalf to the recipients you choose. Send only to people you have a business relationship with, and do not use InvoiceInk to send spam or messages unrelated to your documents.
AI features are optional and off until an owner or admin turns them on for an organization. AI can be wrong. Its drafts, emails and suggestions are a starting point, and you are responsible for reviewing them before you save or send anything. Content you use them with is shared with our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may connect an AI assistant such as Claude to read your organization's data. That access is read-only and lasts until you disconnect it. Your use of the assistant itself is governed by its provider's terms.
You must not:
We may suspend or remove access to stop a breach of these terms or to protect the service, our users or others.
InvoiceInk, its software, design and brand belong to Clarity Technologies. These terms give you the right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
InvoiceInk relies on providers such as hosting, email delivery and AI services, listed in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for services you choose to connect yourself.
We work to keep InvoiceInk available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of documents that matter to you.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or business, or for tax penalties arising from documents you issue. In every other case, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.
You will compensate us for claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your documents and emails, or your breach of these terms or the law.
You can stop using InvoiceInk and delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will give you reasonable notice to download your data where we can. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity, survive.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use InvoiceInk after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Dibrugarh, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
